Dr. Sangma motivated the attendees with regard to following their entrepreneurial dreams since this would give them ample liberty, freedom and unlimited earning potential. He also talked about how the portfolio of the Chief Minister of Meghalaya was more tasking in comparison to his Gujarat counterpart since people there already possess the mindset required to look for business opportunities and expand the same both locally and nationally.

He talked about how parents should change their mindset and youngsters should be encouraged to pursue opportunities in diverse fields like horticulture, agriculture, veterinary pursuits and more. He highlighted the 2011 census in Meghalaya which witnessed 27% of growth in rural areas (decadal) and stated that this necessitates more unity for addressing concerns related to job opportunities and overpopulation alike. If each segment in society attains higher productivity, there would be huge growth potential along with overall prosperity according to Dr. Sangma.
